We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-office team and bring our brand to life online. If you're a data-driven marketer with a creative mindset and a knack for SEO, content creation, and paid advertising, this could be your next great move.
What You'll Do
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
Create and publish SEO-friendly blog content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering clear insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader company initiatives.
Manage CRM integration and campaign tracking using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong grasp of paid social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to create clear, compelling content.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
Must be available for in-office work, Monday through Friday, during 1st shift hours.
