What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Cleaner (Blue Ash, OH - Evenings) position at NSG, Inc.?
NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitorial Cleaner for a large office facility located in Blue Ash, OH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:
Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (20 Hours Per Week)
Compensation:
- Competitive rate of pay: $14.00 per hour.
- Weekly pay every Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Wiping down and disinfecting surfaces, including restrooms, to maintain a hygienic workspace.
- Dusting, sweeping, and mopping to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Efficient removal and disposal of trash to uphold a pristine atmosphere.
- Prompt reporting of any maintenance needs observed during working hours.
Qualifications:
- Must know how to use common cleaning implements such as mops, brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning solutions.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to work during the specified hours.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with employees, customers, visitors, vendors, clients while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.
