What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Cleaner (Near Downtown - Evenings) position at NSG, Inc.?
NSG, Inc. is currently hiring for a part time time, 2nd shift janitorial cleaner for an office facility located near the Downtown Cincinnati area.
This position is NOT on the busline. Must have transportation.
Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:
Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (20 Hours Per Week)
This position pays $15.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday.
Primary Duties:
- Wiping down and/or disinfecting surfaces, including restrooms.
- Monitoring common areas for debris, trash, etc.
- Reporting any maintenance needs observed during working hours.
- Communicating between management staff and other employees regarding concerns, areas of detail, or any other incidents.
- Monitoring supply levels and reporting to management staff when orders are necessary.
Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact cordially and professionally at all times with customers/co-workers.
Physical Requirements:
- Walking, standing for extended periods of time.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
