Preconstruction Manager
Location : Bethesda, Maryland

Position Overview
We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager or Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our collaborative estimating and preconstruction efforts, helping to secure and successfully plan projects across our diverse portfolio.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary : $110K–$150K, commensurate with experience.
- Remote Hybrid flexibility 1 day per week at management discretion
- Bonus : Performance-based bonus (10% total : 6% company performance 4% individual performance).
