Position Overview
We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager or Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our collaborative estimating and preconstruction efforts, helping to secure and successfully plan projects across our diverse portfolio.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110K–$150K, commensurate with experience.
- Remote Hybrid flexibility 1 day per week at management discretion
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus (10% total: 6% company performance 4% individual performance).

Key Responsibilities
- Managed and led preconstruction efforts for assigned projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and scopes were clearly defined and achievable.
- work with a team of estimators, working collaboratively to effectively divide and manage project scopes.
- Act as bid captain rotationally, taking leadership of specific proposals to develop leadership experience and team cohesion.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various project types, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors during the preconstruction phase.
- Support strategic decision-making by identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risks.
