Our client, a leading general contractor specializing in commercial construction, is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee projects across Texas.
Projects range from $10M–$15M in major metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston.
Experience And Skills :
8 years of construction Superintendent experience
Ground-up construction experience required
Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
Oversee all on-site work being performed
Ability to read blueprints
Compensation : $125K base salary, $4K travel allowance, vehicle allowance gas card, and bonus opportunities.
