- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Alaska.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in a mental health environment.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Strong communication capabilities and crisis management skills.
- Capacity to operate both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
