Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions targeting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational difficulties.
- Collaborate with clients, their support systems, and the treatment team to ensure cohesive care and monitor therapeutic progress.

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Alaska.
- At least 1 year of post-licensure experience in a mental health environment.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and employing evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and crisis management capabilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
