Are you looking for a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing workplace where you can continuously learn and thrive? Join our team as an Order Puller in Fort Worth, TX! In this entry-level first shift position, you'll use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders, work alongside collaborative robots, and assist with shipping and inventory tasks. We're seeking individuals with good math and analytical skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to work overtime. If you can lift up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work effectively as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Uses handheld scanner to read order to ascertain size, color, and quantity of merchandise
- Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves
- May work alongside collaborative robots (cobots) as part of the order pulling process
- Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is packed and meet standards
- Carries or transports completed orders to the shipping audit station for final inspection and packing with material handling equipment
- Cross-train in Shipping Department to assist with outbound activities (audit orders, process shipments, etc.)
- Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required
- Helps maintain area cleanliness and organization
- May conduct physical inventories as required
- May assist in placing incoming items into inventory
- Perform all other tasks as required when assigned
