You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with regional accounts consisting of HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork / sheet metal fabricators.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager for the New England Area (CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO) to join our sales team. If you're looking for a dynamic career with a leading manufacturer, this role is for you! You'll build and maintain relationships with HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork / sheet metal fabricators. This role is a remote position offering a competitive base salary, lucrative variable compensation opportunity (VCO), and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities :
- Promote HVAC products through meetings, site visits, calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Grow sales by maintaining existing business and prospecting new accounts.
- Service and maintain HVAC equipment at duct fabrication shops.
- Communicate sales volumes and maintain CRM records.
- Analyze pricing and respond to competitive actions.
- Network at trade shows and industry events.
- Conduct product training for distributors.
- Travel 50-75%.

Salary - $60,000-$80,000 (Exempt) including Variable Compensation Opportunity (VCO) upwards of $100,000 total compensation.
