Qualifications:

1. 1.5 years of experience administering Botox and Dermal Fillers.

2. Current, unrestricted RN license in good standing in Tennessee.

3. Current BLS or CPR Certification

4. Proven ability to conduct thorough patient consultations, establish trust, and create customized treatment plans.

5. Team-oriented mindset—open to feedback, supportive of colleagues, and aligned with business goals.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—patients should feel at ease in your care.

7. Adheres to all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Comprehensive Patient Consultations: Provide expert guidance and customize treatment plans to fit each patient’s needs.

· Educate & Empower Patients: Explain treatment options, memberships, loyalty programs, and at-home skincare regimens

· Stay at the Forefront of Aesthetics: Continuously learn and adapt to new techniques, trends, and products.

· Maintain a Sterile, Organized Workspace: Ensure compliance with OSHA and medical board standards.

· Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to elevate patient experiences.

· Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across NSI platforms to enhance the visibility.

· Before & After Photos.

· Google Reviews & Lead Follow-Up: Send Google review requests, follow up with patients and leads.

· Complete & Finalize Clinical Notes.

· Product & Patient Documentation.

· Maintain a Pristine Work Environment.

· Perform Injectable Treatments: Deliver injections with precision, ensuring natural and aesthetically pleasing results.
