Job Duties / Responsibilities
Review and analyze incoming patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and other relevant health indicators.
Identify and address critical or out-of-range readings promptly, escalating as necessary according to established protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and health data remotely using specialized monitoring equipment and software.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with patients via phone to discuss their health status and provide guidance.
Explain medical terminology and procedures in a clear and patient-friendly manner to ensure understanding and engagement in healthcare management.
Address patient concerns and questions promptly, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary.
Manage a significant volume of patient calls within established timelines.
Strive to achieve personal and team performance metrics.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity and inclusion.
Perform other cross-training LVN duties as assigned.
Requirements
Active Compact LVN / LPN license .
Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
Passionate about patient care, with the ability to relate with empathy and compassion. A passion for patient education is essential.
Ability to work in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace .
