Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can directly impact patient health? If so, Nsight Health is looking for YOU to join our team as a Customer Success Liaison. You’ll work on the front lines with physicians and clinical teams, delivering Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services.
Your Role:
As a key contributor to Nsight’s mission, you will ensure that patients have access to our innovative care solutions, helping them live healthier, longer lives, by enrolling patients in our remote services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Partner with clinicians and their office staff to support patient enrollments in Nsight’s RPM and CCM services.- Drive Success: Facilitate high-value, patient-centered care by working directly in clinics to enroll patients, organize data, and enhance communication between providers and patients.
- Educate & Engage: Be the bridge between patients and clinical teams, providing education about Nsight’s care programs and driving engagement.
- Champion Change: Implement team-based, patient-centered processes that improve chronic disease management.
- Optimize Outcomes: Collaborate with care teams to ensure timely onboarding and care plan adherence.
What We’re Looking For:
5-10 years in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in healthcare.- A track record of driving patient enrollments and success in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate and inspire.
- Experience with HubSpot, EHR/EMR systems, and customer service tools a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
