What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tower Tech Trainee position at Nsight Telservices?

Our highly skilled team has extensive experience in tower structure and an in-depth knowledge of cellular, PCS, microwave and broadband towers. From new tower construction to maintenance of existing towers to colocation, Nsight Tower has the expertise to build the ideal turnkey solution for any telecommunications client.
What you'll be doing:
As a Tower Tech you will assemble, install, and repair towers at various locations. You will be physically, as well as mentally challenged to perform at a high level. Because "Collaboration" is key, we believe that teamwork is an important ingredient for cultivating integrity, dedication, and understanding which directly impacts game winning results.
- Safely run the rope winch during the hoisting of materials
- Properly set up and operate test equipment
- Install all site-related components properly
- Demonstrate competent rigging skills
- Other duties as assigned
