Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide on-the-job training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving store sales and retention goals
- Maintain current product and operations knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert for teammates
- Support Store Manager in maintaining store operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Complete tasks such as ordering, delivering, and stocking resources, housekeeping, cash handling, and paperwork
- Meet individual goals for activations, accessories, device protection, and customer retention
- Other duties as assigned
- High school education or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict management and negotiation
- Proficiency in sales, coaching, and training
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, and flexibility
