As a Technology Sales Professional, you'll assist in daily retail operations, providing outstanding customer service, representing the Cellcom brand with integrity, and offering personalized product recommendations. We're seeking individuals with a high school education, 1-2 years of retail experience, and familiarity with cellular phones.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in day-to-day operations at Cellcom retail stores, including customer assistance, inquiries, and representing the brand with integrity and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs through lifestyle questions and offering personalized product and service recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to empower customers with suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Employees may be required to assist at different retail locations in addition to their usual work location.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 1-2 years of retail or related experience, demonstrating customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using cellular phones and basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
