The role often includes, though not limited to: developing communications, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, creating plan-o-gram designs and in-store merchandising executions, managing vendors and analyzing performance to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Project manages each promotional cycle through internal coordination across various teams.
- Works closely with the Director of Marketing to develop support and training material, internal documentation, and legal disclaimers for promotional offers.
- Assesses competitive landscape & trends. Distributes competitive details company-wide through creative and effective communication.
- Responsible for the yearly Cellcom Celebrations program, from initial brief to execution will collaborate with key cross functional partners, including sales, to ensure successful and experience.
- Supports Cellcom’s programs including, but not limited to, Switch and Save, Business Employee, and Referral Programs.
- Responds to promotional helpline inquiries in a timely manner.
- Report and recap key promotional offers.
- Develop plan-o-grams and other in-store marketing tactics to effectively merchandise in-store.
- Purchase, maintains and distributes store merchandising, display and security inventory, tools and materials for promotions, product launches and new store openings.
- Assist sales operations with periodic store audits to assure compliance with plan-o-gram sets.
- Assist with overflow from other teams within the marketing area as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of corporate experience with a record of increasing responsibility and delivering proven results
- Experience managing projects and communicating deadlines with cross functional teams
- Solid understanding of traditional business software applications (MS Office, etc.)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and build cross-functional relationships
- Operate in a gray zone and manage competing priorities with comfort
- Strong ability to interact and collaborate with multiple functions throughout the organization
