SAP S/4HANA FICO Architect with PS experience

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Architect with strong expertise in Project Systems (PS) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial and project management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules and hands-on experience with Project Systems to support complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Architecting Solutions:

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions integrated with Project Systems.
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient SAP solutions.
Project Systems Expertise:

Configure and integrate SAP PS functionalities, including WBS, networks, milestones, and cost management, with FICO processes.
Optimize project budgeting, planning, and tracking functionalities.
Financial and Controlling Processes:

Implement and support financial accounting, controlling, and profitability analysis (CO-PA) within S/4HANA.
Ensure accurate integration of financial and project data for seamless reporting and analysis.
Integration Management:

Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) to ensure smooth cross-functional processes.
Facilitate integration of SAP solutions with third-party systems as needed.
System Migration and Upgrade:

Lead and manage migration projects, including S/4HANA conversions and upgrades.
Provide expertise on data migration strategies, especially for finance and project data.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights on best practices and emerging trends.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure project success.
Reporting and Analytics:

Develop financial and project-related reports using tools like FIORI, CDS views, or SAC.
Provide insights to drive decision-making and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
10 years of experience in SAP FICO with a minimum of 5 years in SAP S/4HANA.
Hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) in complex environments.
Proven track record of leading SAP FICO implementations, including S/4HANA transformations.
Technical Skills
Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, CO-CCA, CO-PA, and CO-PC.
Deep knowledge of SAP PS functionalities such as WBS, networks, milestones, and project planning.
Proficiency in S/4HANA functionalities, including Universal Journal and new asset accounting.
Experience with SAP FIORI apps, CDS views, and SAC for reporting and analytics.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP FICO and PS certifications are highly desirable.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, or engineering.
Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
