Activities and Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Practices safe work habits and follows all safety procedures
Notifies UC of all unsafe working conditions
Identifies leaks and reports them to maintenance
Performs quality checks on products before and after the process
Set up for various gauges in the process
Ability to machine polish bearing outers
Ability to complete paperwork for all departments
Ability to machine polish inners and outers for reconditioned bearings
Ability to use the parts washer
Ability to run the drill press, the Blanchard and the Hydmech saw
Ability to stack and measure taper bearings
Responsible for inspecting bearings for repairability
Ability to complete paperwork for taper bearings
Ability to create tooling to go to Quality Machine and Repair
Responsible for training Team Member C
Ability to machine polish bearing outers
Ability to complete paperwork for all departments
Ability to machine polish inners and outers for reconditioned bearings
Education & Experience Requirements:
Job requires High School Diploma or Equivalent
Management Responsibilities:
This job typically does not require managing the work of others.
