The Opportunity : Senior AI Engineer
As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll design and implement sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to power an intuitive sales co-pilot that feels like a seasoned mentor to every seller. You’ll lead the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies, rapidly prototype new capabilities, and continuously improve the system based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end RAG systems to power our deals knowledge database and co-pilot features.
- Build and optimize retrieval systems that surface relevant sales information in near real-time.
- Design autonomous systems that orchestrate multi-tool workflows and support advanced decision-making.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve AI system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven features that solve real sales pain points.
- Optimize vector databases and embedding systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Ensure high-quality deployment strategies and monitoring systems for reliability and performance.
