What you’ll do!
Our Counselors provide free assistance in understanding information, tools, and resources
available on student loans. We communicate with current and past students via inbound &
outbound calls, email, and webchat to guide them through the options and resources available
on existing student loans.

Available Hours
Full-time hours: Monday through Friday, 10 am - 7 pm
Part-time position: Hours to be determined, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a

- The position is located in Lincoln, NE; the employee must reside within driving distance
- Successful completion of a background investigation is required
