Job Description:
NSM Assistant Project Managers are responsible for providing key support and focus in all areas of project management as required by all team members. They maintain and process project information in accordance with NSM procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and Site Manger as needed
- Develops a full understanding of the scope of each project and associated contract documents
- Complete permitting checklists and obtain all required utility approvals
- Organize Project startups
- Create and update all onsite job folders
- Construction document control
- Assist with Meeting Agendas and Meeting Minutes/Action Items
- Create all Work Authorizations, AWA’s and SCO’s
- Assist Site Managers with submitting and tracking RFIs
- Input and approve all project invoices
- Assist with Take-Offs and Trade proposal verifications
- Develop the design selections registry, track and review for accuracy, and update as needed
- Assist in project closeout, including owner manual generation, collecting warranties, manuals etc
- Manage Co-construct (Construction Software)
- Generate and complete QA/QC checklist per project
- Maintain Project Documentation, correspondence, and Project Files

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College Degree or Trade certification desirable
Experience:
