The ideal candidate for the Account Manager role will be energetic, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people. This position offers tremendous opportunities for growth and professional development. **This position is hybrid, 2 days onsite at the Neptune Beach, FL office.**

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of account management including:
    • New client onboarding and integration
    • Monitor and track current client fulfillment
    • Strengthen partnerships by providing assistance and guidance
    • Retain current clients and drive their renewal process
  • Work with other members of the team to successfully carry out obligations.
  • Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar discipline, preferred.
  • Obtain a FL 2-15 life, health and annuities license within 90 days of being hired.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to execute and manage multiple clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
