We are looking for an International Marketing and Customer Service Rep in its Neptune Beach office. This is an entry-level position that offers tremendous opportunity for growth and professional development. 

 

**This is a hybrid position, with 2 days onsite at our Neptune Beach, FL location** 

Responsibilities

  • Obtain a FL 2-15 life, health and annuities license within 90 days of being hired.
  • Communicate with international student advisors, study abroad advisors and international students.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls, emails, live chat and other support services.
  • Day-to-day support of insurance operations.
  • Duties/responsibilities related to marketing and supporting insurance clients.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred. Additional languages and any international experience are also helpful.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment where you will have to learn and adapt on the fly.
