We are looking for an International Marketing and Customer Service Rep in its Neptune Beach office. This is an entry-level position that offers tremendous opportunity for growth and professional development.
**This is a hybrid position, with 2 days onsite at our Neptune Beach, FL location**
Responsibilities
- Obtain a FL 2-15 life, health and annuities license within 90 days of being hired.
- Communicate with international student advisors, study abroad advisors and international students.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone calls, emails, live chat and other support services.
- Day-to-day support of insurance operations.
- Duties/responsibilities related to marketing and supporting insurance clients.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Spanish fluency is preferred. Additional languages and any international experience are also helpful.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment where you will have to learn and adapt on the fly.
