Industrial Engineering Process Integration Manager to work in Troy, Michigan :
In the automotive industry, collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and execute Plex improvement projects based on annual business plans and direction for Executive Management. Prepare and present data in a strategic and meaningful way in support of organizational strategy and improvement project efforts. Lead Plex (ERP) improvement projects including project tracking, reporting, and risk management. Identify inefficient and undocumented business processes and lead the team to document, improve, and implement these newly identified processes. Monitor the status business processes improvement and integration planning activities and projects. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and / or experience) as well as twenty-four (24 months) in job or job related experience in the automotive industry, to include all duties listed above. Opportunity to work from home. International and domestic travel eight times per year, seven days per trip, approximately 15% of work schedule.
