We are looking for a full-time Entry Level Management Trainee who will provide excellent customer service and sales support to our fast-growing team. We are a privately owned Sales and Consulting Firm and are growing to keep up with the demand of our clients. We are bringing on other top-tier clients this year and need-driven professional individuals to help drive this expansion. Our skilled team of trained professionals represents our clients with unmatched character and integrity.
The Entry Level Management Trainee will act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. The Entry Level Management Trainee will assist with organizing our sales team and reporting back to the Executive Account Manager. The Entry Level Management Trainee will receive hands-on training on all sales and marketing techniques, brand management strategies, territory management, and compliance standards as well as coaching, mentoring and career development. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be genuinely excited to grow with a company.
Duties of an Entry Level Management Trainee:
- Manage sales, establishing new customer accounts and contracts.
- Process orders and data entry with high-level accuracy.
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times.
- Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and to understand employee developmental needs.
- Opening new territory locations and fostering a strong relationship with brand advocates in the community.
- Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on the level of expertise.
- Assist with team building, growth, and expansion efforts.
- Collaborating with the office and other managers to innovate positive changes in response to market trends, sales figures, and personal insights.
Requirements of an Entry Level Management Trainee:
- Achieved/currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field.
- Participation in a related industry (sales, customer service, business development, etc.)
- Ability to think strategically and have great problem-solving talents.
- Prior experience in management or leadership is a plus.
- Sales or customer relationship experience.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
