Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in concrete polishing, construction, or a related field is required
- Ability to handle physical workload and stand for prolonged periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, as required.
- Manage a crew and time track hours
- Read and interpret a job sheet
