What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid Acquisition Analyst position at NSS?
Are you a cleared Acquisition Analyst looking for a hybrid AND long-term position based out of the DC metro area? We are currently seeking a Secret cleared Acquisition Specialist to support the Navy Customer long term @ the Navy Yard in Washington, DC (2 days telework, 3 days onsite each week).

- Attend meetings 2-5 times per week (usually in person during your onsite days) and provide the critical function of accurate note taking, meeting notes and minutes.
- Provide input/advice when required within the Acquisition arena.
- Review/Develop Acquisition Documents, such as Request for proposals, Request for information, Acq Strategies.
- Develop Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs) to track and achieve specific critical acquisition Milestones, such as Milestone B, Technical Readiness Reviews, Systems Requirements Review
- Research document requirements to meet major Milestones.
- Develop PRs and Contract Data Requirement List and enter in to Standard Procurement System (SPS).
- Review Proposal data received from existing vendors and potential vendors (not for source selection process).
- Develop presentation and assist Acquisition team in status updates, tracking, and completion as required.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of related experience (prior experience with the Navy customer a plus).
- ACTIVE Secret level security clearance
- Completed Bachelors Degree
