nTech Workforce is partnering with a leading energy supplier to build a dynamic team at their Crane Clean Energy Center. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major restart and contribute to a 20-year power purchase agreement with Microsoft! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Nuclear Corporate Human Resources office. This role will be instrumental in the onboarding and hiring process as the facility ramps up operations, ultimately supporting the hiring of approximately 700 employees over the next five years. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing the administrative processes for employee actions, including new hires, promotions, and lateral moves, ensuring accurate paperwork and data entry.
- Leading new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, delivering engaging presentations to groups of new hires.
- Coordinating pre-employment activities, such as background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assisting with benefits enrollment and administration.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Preparing and distributing HR-related reports and documents.
- Supporting HR team members with various projects and initiatives.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
