Overview
Our client is seeking two (2) Project Coordinators to join their team. The Project Coordinator will coordinate well-defined projects and/or support the work of a team of project/program management professionals, track progress, and assist with documentation to support project needs. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will assist with end-to-end tasks related to implementations, integration, business readiness, and communications. Essential functions of this role include planning and communicating aspects of project performance to team members and implementing the vision and objectives, assisting in the oversight of project tasks, establishing and monitoring milestones, and preparing progress reports, and interfacing with a variety of disciplines and coordinating the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization. This role requires some direct client and account management interaction (virtual) to lead customer-facing implementation meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field.
1 year of project-related experience.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Use of Microsoft Office applications.
Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Ability to exercise good judgment.

Healthcare, project management, and/or onboarding/implementation experience.
