developing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all assets. This
role requires strong conceptual thinking, leadership, and the ability to execute high-quality visual
work while maintaining brand consistency and evolving creative strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage multi-channel creative campaigns in partnership with cross functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing goals.
Lead conceptual design direction and the development and execution of compelling, brand forward creative assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels while evolving visual storytelling to meet growing business needs.
Provide creative direction for photography and video shoots, ensuring visually engaging content that aligns with the brand identity.
Partner with writers and stakeholders, including Creative Directors, marketing teams, and leadership, to develop innovative creative strategies.
Guide a team of designers and collaborate with writers, content strategists, and production teams to execute high-quality work efficiently.
Analyze performance data and campaign insights to optimize creative strategies and influence future design decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience designing for an agency or brand, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative campaigns, with a focus on video.
Expertise in art direction, branding, visual storytelling, and digital content creation across various platforms.
Strong typography, layout, and design skills, with a deep understanding of brand identity and marketing strategy.
Ability to problem-solve creatively, troubleshoot design challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
Experience leading photo and video production, with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor designers and collaborate across departments.
Ability to internalize brand voice and creative guidelines while pushing the creative envelope in a strategic way.
Salary : $65
