Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Data Maintenance Support Specialist to provide supplemental support to the Distribution Support Operations Team within the company’s Advanced Distribution Management System (EUADMS) through database and display updates, maintenance, and SCADA updates. The program is currently experiencing increased work volume and manual work processes.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide support for EU ADMS data maintenance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Execute manual work processes within the ADMS system.
- Collaborate with team members to address data-related challenges and implement solutions.
- Provide weekly reports to support the Business processes.
- Develop new and/or modified DMS displays and databases.
- Maintain recloser and substation equipment program.
- Provide analytical documentation with high level analysis to support the Business processes.
- Attend biweekly accountability meetings regarding status of the deliverables and services.
- Formatted reports providing testing success and status.
Required Skills & Experience
- College degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with ADMS systems, specifically in manual system operations.
- 3-5 years of experience with SCADA applications.
- 3-5 years of experience with substation operations (below 138kv).
- 3-5 years of experience with distribution voltage systems.
- Strong IT background supporting utility clients.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with real-time IT/server configuration
- Engineering background with SCADA and ADMS experience
- Project Management experience with substation expertise
