• This position is hybrid with Wednesdays being onsite in Houston, TX.

Overview

• Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Analyst to provide critical support to one of their most valued clients within the power delivery sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage large datasets. This back office position offers the opportunity to directly impact the success of a high-profile partnership.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Communicate with customers on an as needed basis pertaining to relevant account data.

• Analyze and interpret large volumes of customer account data.

• Run SQL queries and use advanced Excel skills to manage and manipulate large subsets of data.

• Abide by set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) pertaining to accurate customer account data.

• Provide business function support across various power delivery settings.

• Develop and implement processes to meet the diverse needs of financial groups.

• Develop customized reports to support business needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and the client to gather requirements and provide solutions.

• Communicate effectively with the client, providing regular updates and insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience managing and manipulating large subsets of data in the retail energy industry.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).

• Experience running SQL queries.

• Highly detail oriented with the ability to meet set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Highly attentive, responsive, and professionally communicative with 'customer first' mentality.

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
