Electrical Transmission Project Manager Job Description
nTech Workforce is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead our electrical transmission and substation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing these complex projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project success.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including status updates, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 10 years of experience in distribution construction preferred.
- Proven track record in Electric Utility Construction Management, including Transmission & Substation projects.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
