- This is 100% Remote Opportunity - Candidates must reside in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Florida, or Texas.
- Candidates may need to come onsite in Washington, DC for infrequent meetings.
Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of team and internal projects from the initial kickoff to coordinating major launch milestones to maintaining and enhancing program performance over time. As the Senior Program Manager, you will guide clients through key decisions, communicate and coordinate activities internally and across departments. Additionally, you will work on new needs for process and improvements and identify and articulate internal client needs to the technology team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinates with internal client and internal teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex programs. Guides internal clients through key decisions and communicates and coordinates activities internally and across a network of partners.
- Manages and updates the project schedule, issues/action items/risks, installation checklist, and shipping register.
- Identifies and articulates new customer needs to the technology team.
- Manages all aspects of implementation including ordering applicable equipment, overseeing installation, assisting with and supporting account creation, managing communications, and reconciling inventory upon completion.
- Ensures and drives deliverables to completion per the implementation schedule.
- Conducts training for customers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
- PMP Certification
- 10 years experience in a program operation role with 3 years in a program management capacity.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in project planning and life cycle development.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to train and mentor others.
