We are seeking experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting opportunity in Spokane Valley, WA, and nearby areas.
Job Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8-hour days
- Patient Ratio: 1:1 (May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of skilled home health experience (First-time travelers not accepted)
- Certifications: BCLS required
- On-Call & Weekends: Not required
- Floating: Not required
- Locals Accepted: Yes (Within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate)
- Pending License: Accepted

Additional Requirements:
- Must have own transportation (Occasional maximum travel radius of 50 miles, but system minimizes drive time)
- Oasis experience required
- Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster
