Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of Med Surg/Stepdown experience. If you are looking for a rewarding career opportunity with a supportive organization, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, and implementation, for adult patients in a medical-surgical setting.
- Monitoring & Treatment: Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, manage IV therapies, and respond to changes in health status promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in NY license.
- Minimum of 2 years Med Surg/Stepdown RN experience.
