Healthcare Recruiter (Sales Position)
Location: On site 5 days/week in Sharonville, OH
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 Commission

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in door-to-door sales, call center sales, or travel nurse recruiting is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to succeed.
- Ability to work full-time in the office and be a reliable team player.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales-Oriented Recruitment: As a Healthcare Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to generate new business by engaging with healthcare professionals over the phone, and matching them with qualified, short term travel positions across the country.
- Business Development: Continuously prospect for new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, expanding your candidate base and deepening relationships with existing candidates.
- Negotiation & Closing: You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring smooth placement of candidates within healthcare facilities. This is a highly transactional role where your sales expertise will shine.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. As their trusted recruiter, you’ll be the go-to expert, offering guidance and helping them navigate the interview, onboarding process, and through their employment.
- Sales Metrics & Reporting: You’ll be expected to hit personal sales targets, track your progress, and continuously improve your performance. Regular reporting and updates on key metrics will be essential to measuring success.
