Job Overview
New Tech Global Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Reliability Expert to join our team in La Porte, TX.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical integrity and reliability, with a focus on rotating equipment maintenance.
About the Position:
- This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining site-wide maintenance, mechanical integrity, and reliability processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management requirements for Mechanical Integrity processes at the facility.
- Develop and maintain programs, procedures, and training materials to sustain processes that meet or exceed compliance expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain all equipment design records and preventive maintenance records for all assets in the facility.
- Oversee the results of preventive maintenance inspections, sign off on inspection paperwork, make engineering recommendations to remedy equipment deficiencies, and ensure the accuracy and availability of all equipment documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate PM inspection process in the facility, including status tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a maintenance / mechanical integrity / reliability role.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively engage people at all levels and drive change.
