Job Overview

Duties
- Provide behavioral health services to clients
- Assist clients in accessing Section 8 housing assistance
- Offer mentoring and social work services to individuals in crisis
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients
- Manage crisis situations effectively and provide intervention as needed
- Coordinate childcare services for families in need
- Supervise and support clients through various challenges
- Utilize crisis management skills to address urgent situations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous experience in social work, crisis intervention, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
