Job Summary:
The Driver – Field Operations is responsible for transporting, unloading and staging materials and equipment for telecommunication projects to multiple locations for field operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pulling multiple trailers (Gooseneck 24’/ Bumper pull lowboy/ Dump trailers)
- Preform daily truck & trailer safety inspection
- Work with PM/CM to schedule daily deliveries
- Schedule deliveries with local warehouse manager
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2-3 years driving experience with Minimum class A license
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent verbal communication
- Maintains professional appearance
- Ability to read maps
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to travel away from home, including weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Physical strength and stamina - ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
