As a Datacenter Cable Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and management of lowvoltage cabling in our data center business line. Your role will involve working with various types of cabling systems, ensuring that all installations meet industry and customer standards and specifications. You will collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment and contribute to the overall performance of the data center infrastructure. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be essential in ensuring seamless connectivity and reliability for our clients. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install various low-voltage cabling systems, including copper and fiber optics. 
  • Conduct tests to ensure proper installation and functionality of cabling. 
  • Follow industry standards and safety protocols throughout the installation process. 
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects efficiently. 
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, modifications, and repairs. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cabling systems.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in low-voltage cabling installation or a related field. 
  • Knowledge of cabling standards and best practices. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, Fiber Optic Association) are a plus.
