We are looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team! In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the success of our projects by ensuring that innovative systems are designed and integrated to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex systems in construction projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements or adjustments as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams and management for all system-related inquiries.
• Lead initial touchpoint meetings with prospective clients in collaboration with our sales team on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
• Eight years of proven experience in engineering or a similar role.
• Two years of experience managing a team.
• Experience with AV/IT/Network IT infrastructure technology required.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in system design and project management software.
• Ability to professionally and efficiently communicate with clients and partners.
• Drawing/drafting experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.\
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
