Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative systems and processes to enhance construction efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify system requirements and technical specifications.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system designs.
- Document system designs, processes, and updates for future reference and compliance.
- Effectively communicate with clients to determine their technology needs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Five to seven years of proven experience in systems engineering or a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience with AV/IT/Network IT infrastructure technology required.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in system design and project management software.
- Drawing/drafting experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
