Key Responsibilities:

- Contact local tax collectors to verify property tax information for assigned mortgage accounts.
- Utilize online platforms and local government websites to pull property tax records and ensure accuracy.
- Generate and prepare reports on the status of property taxes providing summaries of upcoming payments or issues requiring attention.
- Compliance and Accuracy:
- Ensure that all tax information complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of the mortgage tax process to prevent errors and potential compliance issues.
- Customer Service:
