Physical Requirements
Performs routine repairs and maintenance on induction coils along with related components of Induction Heat Treat machines to also include set up and testing of coils.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Strength and Endurance:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy parts and equipment, often in the range of 50–75 pounds or more.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and work in awkward or tight spaces for extended periods.
- Climbing ladders and working at heights may also be required for accessing machinery.
- Manual Dexterity:
- Skilled hand-eye coordination to use various hand tools (wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, etc.), power tools, and precision instruments.
- Ability to handle small parts or components with care and accuracy.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coil Building, Repair, and Modification
- Coil Detail Manufacturing Including CNC programming and operation, bench milling and lathe operation.
- Machining and fabricating repair fixtures
- Able to respond to calls for Coil and/or Quality Issues on weekend or after hours
- MP2 Database: creating, updating, closing coil shop work orders, and other clerical tasks as required
- Coil Inventory control (Maintain and Track)
- Assist Engineers with New Program and Line Developments if needed
- Improvement team meetings and projects as required
- Support Production- Heat pattern problems, Coil issues and Setup issues
- Coil life and Heat pattern improvements
- Maintain shop equipment
- 5S of shop
- Able to sit, kneel, squat or bend, for lengths of times.
- Able to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly if necessary.
- Able to use common hand tools, and or power tools.
- Able to operate man lifts
- Setup and climb ladders.
- Able to grasp and manipulate small objects such as screws, rivets, wire terminals, etc.
- High School Diploma
- Six months minimum experience in manufacturing
