Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Truck billing, scanning loads, preparing loads for shipments, cycle counts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for 5S
- Complete BOL’s either by using an RF scanner or filling out a Manual BOL
- Greet drivers at the driver’s window and check paperwork to verify delivery location
- Communicate to dock drivers of trailers that need a dock door to be off-loaded
- Communicate to dock drivers if they are reloading
- Mark product if there are any discrepancies or quality issues
- Get counts on empty returnable totes that are shipped out LTL
- Update board with truck / trailer / dock info
- Any other duties assigned by team leader, supervisor or manager
