CNC Integrex Machinist - Night Shift
Shift & Compensation:
- Night Shift: 4-day workweek (Mon-Thurs, 12-hour shifts)
- 12% Shift Differential
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in programming, editing and setting up a variety of parts on Mazak Integrex 5-axis CNC Machines using Mazatrol/G-code.
- Familiarization with machining non-mag, hastelloy, nickel, and carbon steel materials.
- Perform API threading and precision machining per oil & gas industry standards.
- Conduct first-run job tool proofing and provide optimization feedback.
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using GD&T principles.
- Identify and correct non-conforming parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure compliance with API Spec 7-1, quality assurance protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Utilize cutting-edge multi-axis CNC machining techniques for complex part production.
- Optimize tool paths and machining efficiency to maximize production output.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience operating and programming Mazak Integrex CNC Machines.
- Confidence in machining complex, tight tolerance components
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tooling selection, and machining offsets.
- Ability to work with tight tolerances ( /- .0005” accuracy).
- Experience with high-strength alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, and titanium machining.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and thrive in team-oriented settings.
