NTS Tire Supply is opening a remote Field Service Hub in the southeastern part of North Dakota, and we're looking for a responsible, dedicated Service Truck Operator who can act as the location manager and take charge of this remote Field Service Hub.
The mission of this role is to perform On-Site Service to fulfill Sales Orders for customers, in as efficient a manner as possible, to the customers complete satisfaction. At NTS we provide you with state-of-the-art trucks and equipment to help you be as efficient and successful as possible in your role.

Some of the Accountabilities that will be expected of you in this role:
- On-Site Service Work - Installing tire/wheel packages on farm equipment, replacing tracks, adding duals etc.
- Long Distance Travel - CTIS requires expertise that does not exist for in other parts of the country, so you will occasionally be asked to fly or drive to other states to assist other dealers/farmers with installing or servicing CTIS.
- Equipment Maintenance - Proactively maintain and upkeep your truck and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- After Hours Service - Periodically being "On Call" for after hours service work as needed. This could include evenings and weekends.
- Location Oversight - Oversee building maintenance and property upkeep, manage the inventory, overall ensuring the orderly and efficient operations at this remote service facility.
This role would be part of our Service Team, and you would be working/collaborating with our Service Manager (based in Redwood Falls, MN), the other Service Truck Operators, Order Fulfillment Team, and the Sales Team to be most effective in your role.
