As a Property Manager, you’re the CEO of the apartment community. You exude the NTS brand and you bring your passion for people, apartment living and community with you to work every day.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of NTS
- Execution of sales, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy
- Timely and accurate financial reporting as well as budget preparation and management
- Taking initiative is second nature, yet knowing when to delegate & how to execute
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all stakeholders
- Maintaining expert level competitive marketplace intelligence
- Implementing marketing strategies
- Conducting regular property inspections to keep the community at NTS standards
- Consistent guest satisfaction that yields outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews
- Inspiring the professional growth and development of all team members
- Rolling up your sleeves and walking in the shoes of the people you manage
As a manager you aren’t sitting behind a desk from 9-5. Working for NTS as a manager, you will enjoy the variety of being at the computer one moment ensuring the financials are on track and the next showing a prospective customer what it’s like to come home to NTS. To be successful, you must be collaborative and customer focused. Additionally, you have:
- A College Degree (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in the multifamily industry
- A strong leadership track record
- An impeccable client and customer relationship track record
- Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
- Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred)
- Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
