We have an IT PM Applications Raltionalization and Integration availabe for 6-12 months and REMOTE. The pay rate is $60/hour W2

NTT DATA's Client is seeking an IT Project Manager (Applications Rationalization and Integration) to conduct Project Management and successfully lead large applications rationalization and integration effort.
* Lead the detailed planning and management of projects through to completion
* Escalate, explain, and offer proactive solutions when risks/issues to projects are causing failure or inability to complete on time or budget.
* Continuously improve processes, tasks, and milestones using feedback and lessons learned as input into existing or future project plans
* Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing projects on a day to day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management
* Follow defined project management framework and corporate processes to execute projects ensuring compliance with all deliverables and stage gate reviews
* Maintain the appropriate metrics related to project activities and submit in accordance with required procedures
* Proactively seek, develop, and own strong functional relationships with partner teams
* Assist in PMO Management activities and tasks related to strategic roadmap projects and programs.
* Present regularly to leadership on key performance indicators (KPI) for team
* Identify and implement projects to drive practical process improvement (PPI/Lean) to show return on investment and value of PSG CEM&A program(s)
* Ensure identification, management, automation, and regular tracking of program metrics
* Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project teams to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully
* Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of programs
* Develop, implement, and train others on best practices and tools for execution and management
* Create processes to show return on investment PSG CEM&A projects

Key Skills: * 5 years of IT experience
* Expert experience in leading large complex workstreams
* Ability to balance the long-term ( "big picture ") and short-term implications of individual decisions
* Experience in delivery of successful enterprise level IT programs
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand the result and how to translate that result into actionable steps
* Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
* Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills
* Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining management level and detailed project plans
* Excellent customer service skills required
* Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
* Ability to lead and influence colleagues at all levels toward a strategic goal

* Up to 30% travel
